European Baseball Championship B-Pools start on July 1st & 2nd, 2019 with 14 teams aiming to qualify for the European Baseball Championship

The 2019 European Baseball Championship B-Pools start on July 1st (Blageovgrad, Bulgaria) and 2nd (Trnava, Slovakia).

14 teams aim to qualify for the play-offs series and get a chance to be the 12th team competing in this year's European Baseball Championship to be played next September in Bonn and Solingen, Germany and serves as a pre-qualifier for the Europe/Africa Olympic Qualification Tournament.

Pool 1 in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria - July 1st to 6th

  • Greece
  • Ireland
  • Israel
  • Russia
  • Serbia

Teams will square off in a round robin, the first two teams playing a final to qualify for the playoffs series.

Pool 2 in Trnava, Slovakia - July 2nd to 6th

  • Switzerland
  • Ukraine

Group B

  • Belarus
  • Lithuania
  • Romania
  • Slovakia
Teams will play a round robin, the first two of each group will be qualified for the semi-finals. The winner of the tournament advances.

Playoff Series
The two winners of the B-Pools will battle for the last spot in the 2019 European Baseball Championship from July 26 to 28th, location to be determined.
