Croatian Finals: Olimpija Karlovac wins their 11th Title

Olimpija celebrated in Karlovac on Sunday, after winning game six of the best-of-seven championship series.
Vindija and Olimpija were tied 2-2 after the first 4 games of the series.
 
On Saturday afternoon in Varaždin, Olimpija's starting pitcher, 40 years old Carlos Tovar, shifted into higher gear striking out 13 players and allowing only 4 hits. Vindija's pitcher Greg Harder also had a good game, striking out 11 players, allowing only one earned run by Olimpija's rising star Nikola Sertić, 18 years old outfielder, who hit a triple in the first inning and scored on a RBI by another youngster, Stefan Rajačić. Olimpija scored once more in the 4th inning and won game five 2-0.
 
Olimpija was too strong for Vindija in game six on Sunday. They won 9-1 and claim their 11th Croatian Championship Title.
