CEB /ESF Joint Congress 2013
As you know the CEB/ESF Joint Congress 2013 will be held on February 15-17 in Bled, Slovenia. After a first joint meeting of the Congress committee I would like to inform you about the rough schedule plans:
The event will start on Thursday, 14th February with Executive Meetings of both organizations. Delegates may arrive during the day.
Friday, 15th February CEB will arrange some development workshops as usual.
On Saturday, 16th February the ESF Congress will start at 09:00h. After lunch break the CEB Congress starts at 14:00h. Gala Dinner will be around 19:30h.
Sunday, 17th February will be the day for departures.
Like in 2012, each federation will be responsible for its own travel and hotel expenses.
More details will be published after the next Executive Meeting in September in Rotterdam.
