XII International Indoor Baseball Tournament in Poland
From 2nd to 4th March 2012 there will be run the 12th International Indoor Baseball Tournament “Działdowo Cup 2012” in Działdowo / Poland/. There will be 10 teams from Russia / Team Sharks Balashikha/, Lithuania / Sporto Vilkai Vilnius I I II, Lithuanika Kaunas/, Ukraine / West Fire Rivne/, Moldova / Abator Chisinau/, Belarus / BK Minsk, Zubrs Brest, Sugar Storm Skidel and Poland / Yankees Dzialdowo/ playing in the tournament. The main prize is a Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski cup. Jacek Protas – Marshal of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship granted a patronage of the tournament. There also will be a few great guests on the tournament: members of USA Embassy in Poland, Al Koproski (USA); vice president of PNYBF – Polish National Youth Baseball Foundation and members of Polish Baseball and Softball Federation. Baseball Club UKS “Yankees” Działdowo is a main organizer of the tournament.
